Information we process
To provide sign-in, device binding and entitlements, we process your chosen username, password verification data, linked phone number, linked WeChat identifiers, login sessions, device names and identifiers, membership information, order and payment records, and necessary security and operational records. Verification codes confirm your identity.
Your content and transmission security
Text, images, files and desktop frames transferred between devices are encrypted. Relays forward encrypted content without retaining file copies. The Phone files web import also uses encrypted transfer. Received files are saved locally on the computer.
Speech and third-party applications
Speech recognition is handled by the WeChat voice feature, system speech service or keyboard you use, which may send audio to its provider under its permissions and privacy rules. Content sent to an AI or another application is then handled under that application’s rules.
Account security and cookies
The website uses security cookies necessary for sign-in. Browser scripts cannot read login credentials. Review and revoke unused sessions in your account center.
Your choices and contact
You can review account information, link or remove sign-in methods (keeping at least one), and revoke device sessions. Contact us below to request correction, export or deletion. We verify identity and handle requests under applicable requirements. Self-service account deletion is not currently available. Data is retained only as needed for the service and applicable requirements.
